Ben Fox is the founder and President of Matrix Events. The dream to open up his own event company started in his hometown of Minneapolis, MN while he was DJ’ing and promoting various night clubs and social events. Once he moved to Los Angeles, CA after graduating college, he discovered the corporate and marketing side of the event business and he was hooked. After 20+ years of producing live events throughout the world, Ben moved back to the US and started Matrix Events in Denver, CO in 2018. They have pivoted strongly to virtual events and now leaders in the industry. Ben has lived a unique life as he lived in 4 different countries and travelled to over 40 nations! He is a world champion sand sculptor – think a 17’ Hogwarts Castle in sand! His family is his driving factor for everything he does – his lovely wife Amber, is the heart of the company and 2 kids, Braxton and Kaya, keep Ben grounded and energized for the marathon of being a father and business owner.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Amber brings a global perspective to her role as our fearless marketing and product development guru. She has split her career between the medical profession as an EMT, Paramedic and Nurse with her business-sided experience in high-level sales, marketing, consulting and event management.  Additionally, her many years as a global Event Producer in places like Dubai, Singapore, Macau and Thailand, allow Amber to use her diverse global experience to lead the Matrix Marketing & Product Development efforts.  Whenever we need new ideas and how to bring them to market, Amber is our go-to port of creativity.

As the Operations Manager at Matrix Events, Lisa enjoys working with our amazing suppliers and vendors in planning, and producing our events. She thrives when providing logistical, creative support and solutions to our Operations and Production Teams. Lisa is an imaginative and strategic thinker with a plan or solution for whatever challenges come our way. Lisa's superpower is Tactical Analysis. On evenings and weekends, Lisa shifts gears from "Behind the Scenes" to "On Stage." She is a music producer as well as an electronic music DJ, bringing people together through music on some of the greatest dance floors in the Denver Metro area.

Ever since college Natalia was involved in the world of events. Working on small events across the University of Florida. Her first big event was at the CES conference in Las Vegas, putting on a massive production for Twitter. After working 18 hour days and completing an incredible activation she knew she could never get enough. Natalia is an Event Producer at Matrix and will be your first point of contact for all your event needs. Her superpower is the power to make immediate dance parties, if you see her on the street get ready to strut a move! Her favorite hobby is attending concerts, you will most likely find her at Red Rocks or Mission Ballroom on any weekend.

Allie brings over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry including restaurant management, event design, sales and event coordination. She received her degree from MSU in Hospitality & Tourism with an Event Management focus in 2020. At heart, Allie is an artist and is always busy creating her latest pour paintings when she is not working. Just ask her - she'll tell you all about it. She's a family-oriented person, a dog-lover, loves to go to concerts and hang out with friends and family. Her superpower is the ability to shapeshift, adapting to new environments while making friends on the way.

Meet Taylor, a Colorado native with an unwavering passion for detail and a creative flair that enhances every project. Armed with a degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and five years of experience in the music industry, Taylor brings a unique perspective to our team, infusing it with a deep understanding of community dynamics. Having attended over a thousand concerts in her lifetime, Taylor's love for music goes beyond professional expertise. Outside of work, she is a dedicated cat enthusiast who finds joy in snowboarding with friends. Taylor's dream superpower is time travel, a wish born out of her desire to extend precious moments hanging out with her mom. In every endeavor, Taylor's commitment to excellence and a touch of creativity sets her apart.

Hannah is a seasoned graphic designer with a profound passion for design and a knack for turning visions into reality. Her journey into graphic design as a child fostered a passion that seamlessly translated into a successful professional career. Her innate ability to merge design with a strategic approach has earned her recognition within the industry. With a background encompassing roles in marketing and event production, Hannah skillfully blends creativity with strategic marketing. This experience deepened her understanding of how design can enhance events and effectively convey their messages. Hannah's superpower is keeping her cool under pressure - she's definitely the person you want to have by your side in a stressful situation. Beyond her professional pursuits, Hannah finds joy in expressing her creativity in the kitchen and exploring new places and activities alongside her husband and child.

Lonnie Manresa aka Lonster the Monster, aka Lonnie Mneumonic. What can be said about this tour de force of the event world. Lonnie has been involved with events since the early 2000's. He has created and developed his own music event company. Lonnie also founded and managed Clockwerks Brewing in Downtown Minneapolis for six years. Lonnie is now taking his amazing slew of skills to the Matrix Events Operations team. Lonnie’s superpower is to see around corners, he is always anticipating the next move.

Born and raised in California, Anthony moved to Colorado in 2012. During his free time, he enjoys studying Martial Arts. He has been working in the field of accounting since 2017 with experience as a bookkeeper, tax preparer (personal and business), client account management, and auditor. Anthony's superpower is bringing real-time, accurate, and up-to-date financial data that allows the team to make seamless decisions on how best to improve the business.
