The Challenge
The evening reception, which was originally expecting about 300 guests, grew to nearly 550 attendees. Our team was tasked with honoring 240 nominees while maintaining a shorter, more concise Run of Show than the previous Gala, which was over 4 hours long.
The Solution
Our incredibly talented creative team designed dozens of assets for this program, including an original event logo and customized graphics. The thorough event website and digital Nominee Bios allowed us to highlight and honor all 240 nominees without bringing each of them onstage. Custom certificates were provided to all nominees, while Award recipients were acknowledged and celebrated during the Gala.
From set up to tear-down, our team was onsite to oversee all logistical and technical aspects of this event. Our seasoned Technical Director managed all of the audio visual equipment inside the ballroom including four large screens, speakers, microphones, and lighting. We also set up eight freestanding digital displays in the reception area that welcomed the attendees and highlighted the Nominees.
The Outcome
Our entire team chipped in to make this event a huge success, and our clients were extremely impressed with our set up and execution. DRNA & CNF have worked with us on this event for three years running from 2021-2024. Each year, we've adapted to the climate (pivoting to a virtual event during Covid, e.g.) and to the needs and wants of the CNF committee, and each year, they are impressed by our precision, creativity and professionalism.
