The Challenge
Our challenge was to organize and execute a 4-day conference for a novel company and industry, emphasizing education, networking, and knowledge sharing among professionals. The event required accommodations for keynote speakers, sponsorship tables, a welcome happy hour, and an offsite group activity to enhance attendee engagement.
The Solution
We delved deep into understanding OURAY as a company and the attendee profile to tailor every aspect of planning. This included venue selection, vendor coordination, run of show development, registration management, signage creation, and transportation arrangements. Additionally, we curated an engaging offsite activity at TopGolf to foster connections and interaction among participants.
The Outcome
